‘”I like to build a meaningful career life with a purpose.
My life taught me that I can not be anything I want, but I can be everything I am. At the beginning of my thirties, I suffered from depression and anxiety disorder. The reason behind my crisis was the duality concept that did not give me a sense of fulfillment.
The world system taught us to make decisions based on external conditions. My research taught me that it should be another way around. For the last four years, I have studied and done research through academic literature, books and interviews about leadership concepts and organization theories.
Leadership is more than managing; it’s about making a difference and influencing other people to become more of themselves. However, a leader can only influence others to become themselves, only if he/she is also practicing in his/her life.
Suppose a company starts losing its transformational mindset, a micromanagement system and a vicious cycle of unhealthy transactional behavior will begin to appear.
A company needs a balanced leadership concept that includes transactional and transformational behaviors. Leadership is more than a position.
